If your tour booking meets our minimum participant requirements, cancellations made 8+ days before the tour receive a full refund. No refunds are given for cancellations within 7 days of the tour.

As a convenience to our customers we permit customers to book our services well in advance – tour dates booked more than 14 calendar days in advance which do not meet our minimum participant requirements at the time of booking will be charged after 7 days of your tour order date – if your chosen tour date is not confirmed or canceled prior to 7 days. If your chosen tour date can not be fulfilled due to lack of participants, you agree to receive either:

• a 1-year credit (from your booking date) for any other tour on any other date (up to 1 year after your booking date), or
• a refund of the total credit card charge minus a 15% service fee
