Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

Returns are accepted up to 7 days after delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. A full refund will be issued for the order amount, excluding return shipping costs.

If an order arrives damaged, customers should promptly email tastebelize@gmail.com or WhatsApp at 011-501-629-5030, providing the order number and a photo of the item’s condition. Each case is handled on an individual basis, with efforts made to reach a satisfactory resolution.
