Let a Belize Rumcrafters Ltd. bartender take you through 500 years of history, ten different rums and two classic cocktails on a private, interactive rum class in the comfort of your vacation rental.
Tour description
This private class takes place in the comfort of your hotel suite or vacation rental.
Your Belize Rumcrafters Ltd. instructor/bartender helps you to explore the history, origins, culture and flavors of rum across the world. Enjoy a guided tasting of at least ten different rums and rum-based liqueurs as well as several classic rum-based cocktails. Learn the history and origin of these cocktails and how to fashion them with your favorite rums. Explore 500 years of rum history in the Caribbean, the science and evolution of distilling rum and the art and styles of blending, flavoring and aging fine rums.
While this class includes a small, carefully curated selection of Belizean rums, the focus is learning about different styles of rum from many different countries including Belize.
