Yes, in this class you will learn from start to finish how to make those deep fried golden puffy triangles of goodness that you find on almost every resort and restaurant menu across Belize! You will also harvest and concoct a traditional herbal “yard tea” , discover the essential ingredient for cooking re-fried beans the Belizean way, sample fresh made habanero hot sauce and dive into the making of one Belize’s most delicious savory treats: hashed fish. Make sure you come hungry!
