Tasting Toledo: Maya Cooking & Chocolate

Spend your morning with the Coc sisters learning all about Kekchi Maya cuisine, then after a delicious lunch we head to Belizean Maya owned Ixcacao Chocolate to learn about cacao trees and enjoy piles of decadent chocolate samples and Maya style hot chocolate. Top it all off by making our own chocolate from by hand using heirloom stone tools.
